Ingredients: Organic passionflower, organic skullcap, organic oat tops, organic rose petals, organic lemon balm, organic California poppy, organic lily bulb, organic cane alcohol, distilled water

How to use: Shake well. Take 5 to 15 mL per day in a little water.
